The residential area will be located in Dnipro city, Ukraine, in the Tsentralnyi District, which is Central district in Dnipro city, on the Dmytra Yavornytskoho Ave, 72b. This is a very convenient location, 10 minutes walk from the embankment. Near this location there are many locations necessary for a comfortable life, such as a post office, many cafes, a large shopping center, large grocery stores, and also a drama theater. Most colleges and universities are located near this location, which can make living in this residential complex as comfortable as possible. You can buy different of different sizes for a fairly low price for the city center for £30,000-80,000. 

 

Climate & Weather

Dnipro experiences scorching summers and bitterly frigid winters, with temperatures frequently falling below freezing.
Situated on the banks of the Dnieper River (also known as the Dnipro), the city is 48 degrees north latitude in south-central Ukraine, southeast of Kiev.
In truth, precipitation is scarce in Ukraine; as one moves from north to south and from west to east, the amount of rain falls. Rainfall is a little more frequent from May to August, and thunderstorms are possible.

Winter is gloomy and chilly. Although they happen often, snowfall is not always abundant.
Siberian cold periods, which were previously more common, can occasionally occur and cause lows of -20 °C (-4 °F) or even lower. The lowest temperature ever recorded was -30 °C (-22 °F) in January 1950.
The summer is pleasant, with plenty of sunshine and occasional thunderstorms that are more common in the early part of the season. Even though it's not generally excessively hot outside, there can occasionally be extremely hot spells that last only a short while and see temperatures as high as or higher than 35 °C (95 °F). During a remarkable heat wave in August 2010, the temperature rose to 40.9 °C (105.6 °F).
